This project was a bigger renovation, where we moved a couple of walls around as well as taking the bold decision to remove a bedroom and make room for a more open living space downstairs.

This house is set in the lakeside suburb of Gwandalan in the Central Coast of NSW. Sitting on the opposite side of the road to the lake, it still has great views over the lake through a council reserve opposite.

We decided to make the most of the lake side living, opening up the front balcony as well as expanding the main bedroom upstairs.

​

The addition of a large deck in the backyard, including a gazebo for protection from the weather and a fire pit for those beautiful nights.
