This house is set in the amazing suburb of Toukley, one of the Jewels of the Central Coast. Close to beaches (Norah Head) and both Budegwoi and Tuggerah Lakes.

This renovation had us complete a renovation that someone else had started. We were given a reasonably blank slate, but the layout of the house was locked in.

​

We decided that the best use of the space behind the kitchen was a walk in pantry, and we also ended up tearing out both the bathroom and kitchen to make new for a new modern look throughout the whole house.

​

The exterior also needed a touch up as we felt that the original colour dated rather than enhanced the house.
